2030 'D.H. Lawrence - Empty Bed Blues' by Stephen Lowe, Eastwood Hall

Staged Reading of Stephen Lowe's play about Lawrence, first aired on BBC Radio 4 in Autumn 2006. After the reading, the author will be in conversation with Sean Matthews.

Stephen's adaptation of 'The Fox' was a huge success in the 2006 D.H. Lawrence Festival, and we're delighted to have the opportunity to showcase this recent work.

'A dying Lawrence is creating new myths with The Man who Died, on an Easter with the crazy Americans, Harry and Caresse Crosby. It's a weekend that will face them all with the great questions of art, love, death and possibly even resurrection. Of a kind!'
